Nilesh Biswas began his professional journey in 2009 and developed his career through practical, hands-on work across multiple technical fields.
From store keeping, lathe machines and industrial maintenance to weighing scale repair, CCTV systems and major infrastructure execution, each stage added practical knowledge. Work in Krishnanagar, Porbandar and Kolkata built a base in machinery, welding, fabrication, metal stitching and field service.
After returning to Chapra, he moved into equipment troubleshooting and started his own CCTV camera business at the end of 2016. Since 2018, his work has included border-area surveillance, local commercial installations, a major India–Bangladesh border infrastructure engagement, and multi-state bank projects.
